We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
• The product must be returned in good condition
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
• Opened skincare products
• Used cosmetic products
• Any item not in its original condition
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to resolve the issue.
Once a return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you paid using Affirm or Klarna, refunds will be communicated to the financing provider.
Your financing agreement will be adjusted according to the provider’s policies. Customers must continue making scheduled payments until the provider confirms the update.
